Operator Log

The Operator Log feature within VOLO allows you to review actions taken in the VOLO system by one or more Operators.

You can access the Operator Log feature using the following steps:

  1. Click on the Operators link in the navigation menu at the top of the page

  1. Click on the Log link in the left-hand navigation menu on the next page

Viewing Logs​

To view Operator logs in the VOLO website you should follow the following steps:

  1. Select the timezone that you would like the log entry timestamps to be displayed in
  2. Select which Operators you would like the logs for
  3. Select the date range that you would like to review logs from
  4. Click the Get Logs button

Download Logs​

You can also download the operator logs that you have searched for through the web page by clicking on the Download (Excel) link in the left-hand menu.
